C-viche offers a variety of lime-infused, cilantro-specked dishes, including complex marinated meats, spiced seafood, and a variety of native Peruvian peppers, including the subtly spicy Aji Amarillo.  The C-viche mission is to present Classic Latin American flavors  that are unique, fresh and innovative.
